Head of Wholesale

We are currently recruiting for a commercial and creative Head of Wholesale who has the experience to operate at a strategic level.

The successful candidate will understand the changing landscape of retail and be forward thinking in maximising on the opportunities this will bring. Understand and anticipating industry trends is essential to this role.

Key responsibilities:

• Accountable for the customer experience, operational excellence and financial performance, continually driving market share.
• Full accountability for growth of the business and the P&L.
• Ensuring the Brand values are maintained across all activities, making sure the customer and customer experience remains central to all projects and decisions.
• Accountable for constantly developing service strategies to improve the customer experience and loyalty across the entire estate.
• Collaborating with Heads Of and Directors to devise, develop and manage the implementation of the Strategy at an UK and International level.
• Understanding the complexities of the Omni channel retail environment to ensure the wholesale business compliments the overall business strategy.
• Influence and engage through networking internally and externally to build the brands.
• Leading and influencing the team to deliver the targets with a focus on progression and staff retention.
• Experience in premium retail sector essential, a preference for beauty or home experience but not critical.
